This authentic Dominican style Mondongo is made of tender tripe and flavorful spices. Its a delicious dish that will transport you to our very home in Puerto Plata.
This warm comforting stew is made with onion, garlic, peppers, carrots, potatoes, tomato sauce, and cilantro.
It’s usually seasoned with spices like oregano, red pepper flakes and tomato-based broth.
